Mr. RIEHLMAN (chairman of subcommittee). Before I make my opening statement, I would like to introduce the gentlemen here at the head table, if I may use that term. At my left is my good colleague and friend and outstanding member of the House, Mr. Frank Ikard, from Texas.
On my immediate right, Mr. Paul Cotter, the counsel for the committee.
The second gentleman at the left is Mr. Michael Balwan, who is director of the staff for our subcommittee.
Then way over at the end of the table this fine looking young gentleman here from the great State of Michigan, Mr. Robert Morris, who is assistant to our counsel, and one of our investigators.
