AMENDMENTS TO RULES.* IN THE UNITED STATES CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE THIRD CIRCUIT. PER CURIAM. January 18, 1908. Rule 23, and the order of March 18, 1895, relating thereto, are amended as follows: (1) By inserting in paragraph 1 of said rule, after the words, "The parties may stipulate in writing that parts only of the record shall be printed" the words, "or that any number not less than ten printed copies of patents and other exhibits may be furnished."
