No. 30, A bill to be entitled "An Act creating the Hahn Prairie Independent School District in Wharton County, Texas; defining its boundaries; providing for a Board of Trustees in said district, conferring upon said district and its board of trustees all the rights, powers, privileges and duties now conferred and imposed by the General Laws of Texas, upon independent school districts and the board of trustees thereof; declaring that all taxes or bonds heretofore authorized by any former school district included within the bounds thereof shall remain in full force and effect; and declaring an emergency."

154 on pages 284 and 285 of the General Laws of the Regular Session of the Thirty-sixth Legislature of Texas, so as to prohibit the sale or offering for sale of road vehicles of certain carrying capacity with tires of less than the herein prescribed width within the State of Texas, fixing penalties for the violation thereof; and declaring an emergency.
