Masaharu Hanazaki is Associate Professor at the Center for Economic Institutions (CEI), Hitotsubashi University in Tokyo, Japan. Juro Teranishi is Professor at the Institute of Economic Research, Hitotsubashi University in Tokyo, Japan.
