UNITED STATES CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS, NINTH CIRCUIT 1

Adopted November 1, 1894, and as Amended to October 25, 1922

24.

1. The counsel for the plaintiff in error or appellant shall file with the clerk of this court twenty copies of a printed brief, and serve upon counsel for the defendant in error or the appellee one copy thereof, at least twenty days before the case is called for argument.
