Class Four shall include: Chattahoochee Valley Railroad; Alabama, Tennessee & Northern Railroad; Birmingham & Atlantic Railroad; Union Springs & Northern Railway; Tuskegee Railroad; Tombigbee Valley Railroad; Tallassee & Montgomery Railroad; Birmingham Southern Railroad; Manistee & Repton Railroad; Hayneville & Montgomery Railroad; Mobile & Western Railroad; Alabama Central Railway.

Any of the above mentioned classes shall also include such other railroads which may hereafter be constructed or operated in this State, or which may have been omitted from this classification, as the Railroad Commission may deem proper to place in such class.

Sec. 2. Sec. 3.
