parties interested in the commercial undertaking who did not participate in the Stage I Research activities may also enter the joint venture on an appropriate and equitable basis.

(2) Stage II Development and Research activities will utilize the commercially feasible methods which have been developed by Stage I Research or otherwise. Applicant will remain available as a consultant to the joint venture and will participate in such additional research projects as the joint venture may desire to conduct in connection with the commercial development of the leased land. 13.
