NOW THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that by authority of the Constitution of the Philippines, and in conformity with the provisions thereof, and Executive Order No. 40, supplemented by Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, there is hereby granted and conveyed unto the BASES CONVERSION DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, a government entity duly created and established under Republic Act No. 7227 dated March 13, 1992, the tracts of land of the public domain situated in Fort Bonifacio, Municipality of Taguig, Metro Manila, identified and more particularly described as Lot. Nos. 3, 4, 5, 7, 12, and 26, Swo-00-001266, containing an area of THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY (35,370) square meters, more or less; and Lot Nos. 25-A, 25-C, 25-D, 25-E, Swo-00-001855, containing an area of Seven-Hundred TWENTY ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY THREE (721,473) square meters, more or less; the technical descriptions and approved plan of which are hereto attached and made as integral part hereof. Rita Station (Hermosa, Bataan) and such other properties including, but not limited to portions of Metro Manila military camps; WHEREAS, Executive Order Order No. 40 (S. 1992) implements the provisions of Republic Act No. 7227 and mandates, among others, the transfer to the BCDA of the O'Donnel Transmitter Station, particularly that portion identified and covered by Lot No. 2667-d, Csd-03-010816-D, and Swo-03-000312; WHEREAS, these parcels of land of the public domain have been placed by virtue of Republic Act No. 7227 and Executive Order No. 40 aforestated, under the administration and disposition of the BCDA; WHEREAS, Executive Order No. 40 mandates the Lands Management Bureau of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and other concerned agencies to assist and facilitate the necessary processing and documentation to effect the herein transfer.
