CHARGE: 502(a)—when shipped, the labels of the articles and the accompany-
ing leaflets contained false and misleading representations that the poultry
and livestock mixture was an adequate and effective treatment for colds,
"Air-sac Disease," worms, coccidiosis, mites, fleas, lice, and other bloodsuck-
ing parasites in poultry; for mange, worms, and fleas in dogs; for worms,
grubs, bloodsucking insects, flies, and scours in calves and all other live-
stock; and that the poultry mixtures were an adequate and effective treat-
ment for cholera, roup, sorehead, and white diarrhea in poultry, and would
insure better egg production.
