Introduction Volume XI of the Federal Communications Commission's Rules and Regulations contains all the rules for Cable Television Service, and Cable Television Relay Service. This edition includes all amendments adopted by the Commission through June 30, 1976. Subsequent changes will be issued as substitute pages to the volume. When this volume is amended, the number of the transmittal sheet covering the substitute pages will appear in the lower corner of each page.
