Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That in computing the time for which credit shall be given to the homestead settlers, their widows Railmad grants or minor heirs, under the provisions of section six of the Act of May allowedejected hometwenty-ninth, nineteen hundred and eight, entitled "An Act authorizing the resurvey of certain townships in the State of Wyoming, and Vol. 35, p. 466. for other purposes," credit shall be given for the full period of actual residence upon the lands to which they were unable to complete title: Provided, That such credit shall not extend beyond the date of judgments in ejectment against such settlers rendered by the courts.
