§ 220.5 Location of property.

The mortgaged property must be located in

(a) The area of an existing slum clearance and urban redevelopment project covered by a Federal-aid contract executed or prior approval granted (pursuant to Title I of the Housing Act of 1949, as amended) before the effective date of the Housing Act of 1954,
