GENTLEMEN: The attached listings of excess personal property, as indexed below, have been made available to the Department of Defense for screening against requirements. In the absence of requests for the property listed and in the interest of intergovernmental utilization, it is necessarily assumed that there are no known requirements for such property within the Department of Defense at this time. Accordingly, these reports are forwarded as required by General Services Administration, Personal Property Management Regulation No. 3. It is requested that Army and Navy holding activities be notified of disposition, or in case of Air Force, that Headquarters AMC, Attention: MCMSXY11 be so advised.

DEAR SIR: Reply is made to your letter of December 16, 1952, reference NA29: SF L8-5 (CS6).

The property reported excess by your report No. 110-16, GSA Control 4-51-649 was all approved for donation on Federal Security Agency Form FS-136, dated June 29, 1951. General Services Administration approval of July 3, 1951 approved donation of the property to the Florida State Improvement Commission, Allocation No. N-183.

If certified application has not been received from the Florida State Improvement Commission, the property may be disposed of in accordance with paragraph 202.06, section 202.00, regulations of the General Services Administration, title 1, Personal Property Management.

Should there be further service this office may render in this matter, please let us know.
