CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

Setting forth the congressional budget for the United States Government for the fiscal years 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, and 1999.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa2 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

3 SECTION 1. CONCURRENT RESOLUTION ON THE BUDGET

FOR FISCAL YEAR 1995.

(a) DECLARATION.-The Congress determines and

6 declares that this resolution is the concurrent resolution

1 on the budget for fiscal year 1995, including the appro2 priate budgetary levels for fiscal years 1996, 1997, 1998,

3 and 1999, as required by section 301 of the Congressional 4 Budget Act of 1974.
