The proposed supplemental will enable FDA to continue the basic project processing workload and will permit the retention and replacement of staff essential to the effective execution of an ongoing economic development program. The end of year permanent employment level in the 1975 Budget, as amended, is 487. The proposed supplemental would raise the end of year full time permanent employment level to 650 (722 permanent positions) and the other-than-permanent employment to 75. EDA-17 |
