1. lappuse - Act, with respect to any consumer commodity which is not a food, drug, device, or cosmetic, shall constitute an unfair or deceptive act or practice in commerce in violation of section 5 (a) of the Federal Trade Commission Act and shall be subject to enforcement under section 5(b") of the Federal Trade Commission Act.
698. lappuse - The is hereby authorized to apply for and the court to grant a temporary or permanent injunction restraining any person from violating or continuing to violate any of the provisions of this Act or any rule or regulation promulgated under the Act notwithstanding the existence of other remedies at law.
