ACTS OF THE LEGISLATURE.

Act Relative to Annexation of New Territory.

AN ACT

To amend sections three, four, and five, of chapter one, of an act entitled, "An Act to provide a Charter for the City of Detroit, and to repeal all acts and parts of acts in conflict therewith," being act number three hundred and twenty-six of the session laws of eighteen hundred and eighty-three, approved June seventh, eighteen hundred and eighty-three, and to add three new sections to said chapter, to be known as sections six, seven, and eight.

(§ 1.) SECTION 1. The People of the State of Michigan enact, That sections three, four, and five, of chapter one, of an act entitled, “An Act to provide a Charter for the City of Detroit and to repeal all acts and parts of acts in conflict therewith," being act number three hundred and twenty-six of the session laws of eighteen hundred and eighty-three, approved June seventh, eighteen hundred and eighty-three, be and the same are hereby amended so as to read as follows:
