AN ACT To amend sections three, four, and five, of chapter one, of an act entitled, "An Act to provide a Charter for the City of Detroit, and to repeal all acts and parts of acts in conflict therewith," being act number three hundred and twenty-six of the session laws of eighteen hundred and eighty-three, approved June seventh, eighteen hundred and eighty-three, and to add three new sections to said chapter, to be known as sections six, seven, and eight. (§ 1.) SECTION 1.
