To the Congress of the United States:

I transmit herewith for the information of the Congress the report of the Commission of Fine Arts of their activities during the period July 1, 1929, to December 31, 1934.

NOTE

Delay in sending the Twelfth Report to the Government Printing Office has enabled the Commission of Fine Arts to record and to picture the virtual completion of the Mall.

Also to make note of the fact that on May 23, 1935, the past and present members of the Commission with a few friends quietly celebrated the Twenty-fifth Anniversary of the creation of the Commission by the Congress.
