The decisions are arranged in numerical sequence according to interim decision number. To facilitate conversion of sections of Title 8, United States Code, into sections of the law, there appears a table reflecting the disposition in Title 8 of sections of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952. The "Notice" regarding decisions in the previous volumes has been extended to include the decisions in volume 9. However, the "Notice" will now reflect only reported administrative decisions affected by subsequent reported administrative or judicial decisions. The appendix contains a listing of the references and citations pertaining only to the current volume. The cumulative index has been retained. The Service has made and will continue to make all interim decisions available at its principal field offices where the public may examine them.
