We will now consider the supplemental requests for fiscal year 1991 for the various Legislative Branch Agencies under the jurisdiction of the Subcommittee on Legislative Branch Appropriations. The fiscal year 1991 supplemental requests total $12,115,000 with an $800,000 reprogramming request. This amount consists of $11,504,000 for the Capitol Police overtime and additional personnel, equipment and supplies; $611,000 for increased security at the Library of Congress including personnel and equipment; an $800,000 reprogramming plus authorizing language for a secondary storage facility for the Library of Congress; and finally revised language to exempt the Books for the Blind and Physically Handicapped program from the M-account cancellation stipulated in the Defense Authorization Act.
