The Grand Commandery assembled in the Asylum of Magnolia Commandery, No. 2, in the City of Vicksburg, Tuesday morning, May 27, 1919, at 10 o'clock, pursuant to Orders issued by Right Eminent Sir Emmet N. Thomas, and was convened in its Fifty-Ninth Annual Conclave, at which there were present:
