24. lappuse - Nothing in these rules shall exonerate any ship, or the owner, or master, or crew thereof, from the consequences of any neglect to carry lights or signals, or of any neglect to keep a proper look.out, or of the neglect of any precaution which may be required by the ordinary practice of seamen, or by the special circumstances of the case.
18. lappuse - The rules concerning lights shall be complied with in all weathers from sunset to sunrise, and during such time no other lights which may be mistaken for the prescribed lights shall be exhibited.

100. lappuse - The ownership of the space above the lands and waters of this State is declared to be vested in the several owners of the surface beneath, subject to the right of flight described in section 4.
12. lappuse - ARTICLE 42. The present Convention shall come into force as between any of the contracting States as soon as such States shall have exchanged ratifications, which shall take place within one year. The ratifications shall be deposited in the archives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the French Republic.
22. lappuse - Every vessel which is directed by these Rules to keep out of the way of another vessel shall, if the circumstances of the case admit, avoid crossing ahead of the other.
