In Public Law 95, approved June 17, 1947 (61 Stat. 134): That the Librarian of Congress is hereby authorized and directed to have the Annotated Constitution of the United States of America, published in 1938, revised and extended to include annotations of decisions of the Supreme Court prior to January 1, 1948, ** IN PENDING BILL On page 23, lines 9 to 16, inclusive, under the item for salaries, Library proper: Provided, That hereafter the gross salary of any position in the Library which is augmented by payment of an honorarium from other than appropriated funds under terms of 2 U. S. C. 162 shall not exceed an amount, which when combined with such honorarium, will exceed the maximum salary provided in the Classification Act of 1923 as heretofore or hereafter amended. On page 24, lines 12 and 13, under the item for revision of the Annotated Constitution of the United States: Provided, That annotations of decisions of the Supreme Court prior to January 1 1950, shall be included.
