Con Res. 19 The Committee on House Administration, to whom was referred the Senate concurrent resolution (S. Con. Res. 19) authorizing the printing of additional copies of prayers offered by the Chaplain, the Reverend Peter Marshall, doctor of divinity, at the opening of the daily sessions of the Senate of the United States during the Eightieth and Eighty-first, Congresses together with excerpts from the Congressional Record relative to Dr. Marshall's death; and authorizing that 6,000 additional copies be printed and bound, of which 5,000 shall be for the use of the Senate and 1,000 shall be for the use of the Joint Committee on Printing; as amended and approved by the United States Senate April 2, 1949, having considered the same, report favorably thereon without amendment and recommend that the concurrent resolution do pass. R. 2362) to amend an act entitled "The Economic Cooperation Act of 1948," approved April 3, 1948, at an estimated cost of $1,527.31, having considered the same, report favorably thereon without amendment and recommend that the concurrent resolution do pass.
