Section 2.

The State Auditor is hereby authorized to draw his warrants in favor of the persons named for the amounts set opposite their names, as shown in Section 1 of this Act, and the State Treasurer is directed to pay the same.

Section 3.

This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval by the Governor.

HOUSE BILL NO. 264

INTRODUCED BY APPROPRIATIONS COMMITTEE.

An Act appropriating money for the payment of Claims of D. J. Whaley and C. B. Tabor account Services Rendered the Eighth Legislative Assembly of the State of Montana.

Be it Enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Montana: Section 1. That the sum of One Hundred and four dollars ($104.00) be, and the same is hereby appropriated out of any money in the State Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, to pay D. J. Whaley and C. B. Tabor for extra services rendered in typewriting the journal of the Senate of the Eighth Legislative Assembly of the State of Montana as follows, to-wit:

Section 2. The State Auditor is hereby authorized to draw his warrant in favor of the said D. J. Whaley and C. B. Tabor for the sum of Sixty-four ($64.00) dollars and Forty ($40.00) Dollars respectively and the State Treasurer is directed to pay the same.

Section 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval by the Governor.

HOUSE BILL NO. 265.

An Act appropriating money for the payment of deficiency claims of the Public Printing for expenses incurred.

Be it Enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Montana:

Section 1. That the sum of Seven Thousand Eighty Nine, and 17-100 ($7089.17) Dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, be and the same is hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the State Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, to pay the expenses incurred by Public Printing.

An Act to pay employees of the Senate and House, as provided in Section 209, Part 3, Title I, Chapter 2, Article 4, and as provided for in Section 223, Part 3, Title I, Chapter 2, Article 5, of the Political Code, of the State of Montana.

Be it Enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Montana:

Section 1. That the sum of One Hundred Dollars (100.00) be, and the same is hereby Appropriated to pay, in accordance with Section 209, Part 3, Title I, Chapter 2, Article 4, and as provided for in Section 223, Title I, Chapter 2, Article 5, of the Political Code of the State of Montana, as follows, to-wit:

HOUSE BILL NO. 268.

An Act appropriating money for the payment of the claim of Amelia Breidenbach for services rendered as stenographer to the office of Attorney General during the months of December, 1902, and January, 1903.

Be it Enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Montana:

Section 1. That the sum of One Hundred and fifty ($150.00) Dollars be, and the same is hereby Appropriated out of any money in the State Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to pay the said Amelia Breidenbach for services rendered as stenographer to the office of Attorney General during the months of December, 1902, and January, 1903.

Section 2. The State Auditor is hereby authorized to draw his warrant in favor of the said Amelia Breidenbach for the amount named in Section 1 of this Act, and the State Treasurer is directed. to pay the same.

Section 3. This Act shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and approval by the Governor. Approved March 2, 1905.

HOUSE BILL NO. 292.

"An Act making Appropriations for the Executive and Judicial Department of the State Government and Maintenance of State Institutions for the Fiscal year ending November 30, 1905, and for the fiscal year ending November 30, 1906.

Be it Enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Montana:

Section 1. That the following sums or as much thereof as may be necessary, be, and the sum is hereby appropriated for the objects hereinafter expressed, for the fiscal year ending November 30, 1905.

For salary of the Deputy State Boiler Inspector One Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars.

For office and traveling expenses of the State Boiler Inspector, Five Hundred Dollars.

For expenses of the Board of Administration of Farmer's Institute, Four Thousand Dollars.
