HOUSE BILL NO. 39.

An Act appropriating money for the completing, furnishing and equipping of the Building for Feeble. Minded at the Montana. School for the Deaf and Blind, at Boulder, Montana, and for the erection and equipment of an additional building, which will contain kitchen, manual training shops, etc., at the Montana School for the Deaf and Blind at Boulder, Mont.

Be it Enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Montana:

Section 1. That there be and is hereby appropriated the sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars for the fiscal year ending November 30th, 1905, or so much thereof as may be necessary, out of any money in the State Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, to be used as follows: For erecting, furnishing and completing a new kitchen, manual training etc. building at the Montana School for the Deaf and Blind and Feeble Minded, at Boulder, Montana.

Section 2. Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars is hereby appropriated, or so much thereof as may be necessary out of any money in the State Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be used for furnishing and plumbing the building for the Feeble Minded, and connecting the same with the kitchen; also connecting the building for the Deaf and Blind with the kitchen.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and approval by the Governor.

This Bill having been returned by the Governor with his objections thereto, and after reconsideration having passed both houses by the constitutional majority, become a law on the 2nd day of March, 1905.

HOUSE BILL NO. 82

An Act Appropriating Money for the Payment of the Per Diem and
Mileage of Certain Persons on Account of Services as Presidential
Electors for the year 1905.

Be it Enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Montana:

Section 1.

That the sum of Two Hundred Eleven and Sixty Hundredths ($211.60) Dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, be and the same is hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the State Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, to pay the claims of the following named persons for the amounts set opposite their names, on account of per diem and mileage as presidential electors for the presidential election of 1905, in accordance with two provisions of Sections 1469 and 1470, of the Political Code, to-wit:

That the State Auditor is hereby authorized to draw his warrants in favor of the persons named and for the amounts set opposite their names in Section 1 of this Act, and the State Treasurer is directed to pay the same.

Section 3.

This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval by the Governor.

HOUSE BILL NO. 87

An Act appropriating money for the payment of the claim of Conley & McTague for the care of prisoners at the State Penitentiary at Deer Lodge.

Be it Enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Montana:

Section 1. That the sum of Twenty-two Thousand Seven Hundred Two and 56-100 ($22,702.56) Dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, be, and the same is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the State Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to pay the claim of Conley & McTague for the care of prisoners at the State Penitentiary at Deer Lodge.

Section 2. The State Auditor is hereby authorized and directed to draw his warrant in favor of said Conley & McTague, for the amount named in Section 1 of this Act, and the State Treasurer is directed to pay the same.

Section 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.

HOUSE BILL NO. 128

An Act Appropriating Money for the Payment of the Claim of Lizzie Murphy for services rendered as stenographer to the office of State Superintendent of Public Instruction, during the months of July, August, September, October and November, 1903. Be it Enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Montana:

Section 1. That the sum of Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars. or so much thereof as may be necessary, be, and the same is hereby appropriated out of any money in the State Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to pay the said Lizzie Murphy for services rendered as stenographer to the office of State Superintendent of Public Instruction, during the months of July, August, September, October and November, 1903.

Section 2. The State Auditor is hereby authorized to draw his warrant in favor of the said Lizzie Murphy, for the amount named in Section 1 of this Act, and the State Treasurer is directed to pay the same.

Section 3. This Act shall be in full force and'effect from and after its passage and approval by the Governor.

An Act Appropriating Money for the Payment of Claims of certain persons for Services rendered and supplies furnished to the State School of Mines.

Be it Enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Montana:

Section 1. That the sum of Three Hundred and Eighty-six and 25-100 ($386.25) Dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary be, and the same is hereby appropriated out of any money in the
