Other Acreage Sales

I am familiar with other acreage sales in the coastal area of Orange County of which Sale No. 5, above, is a good example.

All lack good comparability and I have considered them as indicative of a general range of acreage values near to the coast line

but inferior to subject because they lack ocean frontage.

The pressure of time does not allow me to include several of these acreage sales in this report, but they are in files and I will refer to them in the event expert testimony is required.
