1 MR. JUSTICE HARLAN, having been appointed an Arbitrator on the part of the United States in the Behring Sea Fur-Seal Arbitration in Paris, heard argument for the last time, this term, on Monday, December 5, 1892, and left for Paris soon after.

MR. JUSTICE LAMAR heard argument for the last time December 8, 1892. He died at Macon, Georgia, January 23, 1893, and was buried there on Friday, the 26th of January. The CHIEF JUSTICE and JUSTICES BLATCHFORD, BREWER, and BROWN attended the funeral.
