Y., advertising age engaged in the business of offering for sale and selling a medica preparation designated Omin Tablets, sometimes referred to also Omin Tonic Tablets, entered into an agreement in connection withi dissemination of advertising relating to that product, to cease 22: desist from disseminating and from representing, directly or implication:

(a) That this preparation is of any value in cases of fatigue. down condition, lack of energy, or any manifestation of disease symptom, or diminished vigor, vitality, pep, or energy, beyond help to prevent such cases as might result from a dietary deficiency Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, iron, or thiamin, or beyond helping to re such cases as may be due to or accompany simple iron deficies, anemia;

(b) That said preparation is a tonic, unless it is clearly explai and limited to an iron tonic;

Kulzick, a Wisconsin corporation, with its principal place of business loin Madison, Wis., advertising agency, engaged in offering for nd selling vitamin preparations designated Williams Anti-Gray Vitamin, also known as Williams Liquid Anti-Gray Hair Vitaand Liquid Williams Anti-Gray Hair Vitamin; and Williams Vitamin Compound, also known as Williams Vitamin Com1, Williams Liquid Vitamins and Liquid Williams Vitamin pound, entered into an agreement, in connection with the disation of advertising relating thereto, to cease and desist from senting directly or by implication:

73. Radio Advertising Time, Etc.-Certificates of Endorsement, Seals pproval, Etc.-Robert A. Bories, treasurer and general manager, American Institute of Food Products, Inc., a New York corporawith their principal place of business located in New York, N. Y., ged in the production of a radio program called The Food Forum,

and offered for sale and sold in commerce advertising time on said program. It was represented by Robert A Bories and Amerise Institute of Food Products, Inc., that the food products of purcisses of such advertising time would be scientifically tested and if the pro ucts met certain standards a certificate of endorsement, bearing the of approval of American Institute of Food Products, Inc., would bɛ issued and the advertisers permitted to use such seal of approval their labels and in their advertising.

They entered into an agreement, in connection with the offerg for sale and selling in commerce of radio advertising time and c cates of endorsement and seals of approval, they will forthwith ** and desist from:

(a) Using or authorizing others to use certificates of endorse, seals of approval or other insignia, which represent in any mé that any food has been examined, tested, or tested and approved endorsed by, or at the instance of, Dr. Walter H.
