.2 Laxative Preparation-Qualities, Properties, or Results.-StipuNo. 7507 has been amended so that it now reads:

7509.3 Drug Preparations-Qualities, Properties or Results.-Se mental Stipulation No. 7509 has been amended so that it now res Southwestern Drug Corp., a Texas corporation, trading as Re row Laboratories, with its principal place of business located in I Tex., advertiser-vendor, and Ruthrauff & Ryan, Inc., a Delawar poration, with its principal office located in New York, N. Y tising agency, engaged in advertising for sale and selling, merce, drug preparations designated "Red Arrow Nose and T Drops," "Red Arrow Mineral Crystals" and "Arro-Caps," enter! an agreement, in connection with the dissemination of advertis lating to those preparations, to cease and desist from repres directly or by implication:

(a) That Red Arrow Nose and Throat Drops are beneficial treatment of colds, unless limited to such benefit as they may in temporarily relieving local nasal congestion;

(b) That Arro-Caps will correct tiredness or jittery or re conditions;

(c) That Arro-Caps afford complete or sure security from a sh of vitamins.

The two corporations further agreed not to publish or cause published any testimonial contrary to the foregoing agreement.

That a cosmetic preparation now designated RO-ZOL Bleach, other preparation containing substantially the same ingredients, sessing the same properties, whether sold under that name or her name, may have no harmful effects; that it is harmless; or will remove skin blemishes;

That a cosmetic preparation now designated Evergloss or any preparation containing substantially the same ingredients or sing the same properties, whether sold under that name or any name, contains no unctuous substance; and that it will invigorate ir;

That a cosmetic preparation formerly designated High Brown Grower and now designated High Brown Hair Dressing or any preparation containing substantially the same ingredients or sing the same properties, whether sold under those names or her name will cause the hair to grow or will stimulate the growth hair.

7.6 Medicinal Preparation-Qualities, Properties or Results and Comn.-The Commission directed that Stipulation No. 7517 be ded so that it now reads:

(d) Aids in toning, or tones the nerves, digestion or blood: (e) Relieves or corrects tiredness, weakness, colds or coughs, fig or nervous indigestion.

7528. Medicinal Preparation-Safety, Composition and Qualities, Z erties or Results.-The Commission directed that Stipulation No. 72 be amended so that it now reads:

Paul Otto Lehmann, an individual doing business under the na name of MY-X-YM Food Enzymes Products, with his pri place of business located in Chicago, Ill., advertiser-vendor, engind in the business of offering for sale and selling in commerce, mediona preparations including the preparation designated MY-Xentered into an agreement, in connection with the disseminatio advertising relating to that product, to cease and desist from repre ing, directly or by implication:

(a) That said preparation is not habit forming, and is not har contains no artificial cathartic, contains essential health-giving ments, or is a natural food accessory;

(b) That use thereof will produce natural elimination, supply food enzymes, or supply enzymes for the needs of all organs, t or cells of the body, cause a reduction of body weight, keep b weights controlled within certain limits, or balance the daily diet:

(c) That use thereof will provide any beneficial effect when in connection with conditions known as fatigue, chronic angioneur edema, allergic eczema, allergic rhinitis, chronic allergic heads allergic vomiting, chronic urticaria, allergic edema, allergic papa eczema, chronic allergic colitis, gastric or pancreatic achylia, aci autointoxication, acne, appendicitis, colitis, colds, catarrhal dis gall bladder trouble, neuritis, underweight, obesity, piles, rheuma stomach disorders or spasmatic colon;

(d) That use thereof will provide any beneficial effect when in connection with catarrhal conditions which may manifest the selves in the sinuses, nose, ears, throat, bronchial tubes, lungs, sto liver, gall bladder, pancreas, intestine or colon;

(e) That use thereof will provide any effect on the condition k as constipation except to the extent that it may provide temperat relief therefor;

(f) That use thereof will provide any effect on symptoms such bad breath, headache or sluggishness, except to the extent that it provide temporary relief therefor when such symptoms are due constipation;
