The subcommittee met at 10 a.m., pursuant to call, in room 3110, New Senate Office Building, Hon. Edward M. Kennedy (chairman of the subcommittee) presiding.

Present: Senators Kennedy, Hughes, and Murphy.

This subcommittee meets today to consider extending and amending the Older Americans Act of 1965. The bills before us for consideration are S. 268 with amendment, S. 2120, and H.R. 11235; and are hereby ordered printed in the record.
