The Song of Success "Just as good as" means more profit to some one, and less quality for you. that we were too clean and too fair a bunch of Oklahoma citizens to fight our own interests as they did a year ago. So we got out strong at the pools and assisted Mr. Open Shop Chamber of Commerce in holding the capital while the president of the street car system, who caused the Chamber of Commerce to declare for an open shop-supported Guthrie. BROOKLYN Keystone Varnish Company, NEW YORK Now, Brother Union Man, who is the cleanest? Who should Mr. Business Man and the Chamber of Commerce stand byorganized labor or the Classon Traction Co,? I'll leave it up to you. Another thing we did was to put out of office a "Big Bull," so-called union man, supposed to belong to the Brotherhood of Trainmen, the big county sheriff, who had a hundred big business men sworn in as deputies and got on top of the large buildings in our city with Winchesters to shoot down any union man who interfered with Mr. Classon's street cars during the strike. We cleaned him, and cleaned him good. I say, hurrah! for organized labor. If Mr. Chamber of Commerce will rescind its action and join hands with organized labor we will in the near future put Oklahoma City back to where she was two years ago, and all work hand in hand for a bigger and better and grander Oklahoma City. J. D. TRAYLOR, Oklahoma City. 523 W. 4th St. WOODFINISHERS ORGANIZED. Every Man in Jackson, Tenn., in the Union. At the last meeting of L. U. 965 we obligated all the woodfinishers of Jackson except one, he was sick and will come in at our next meeting. Our new members are employed in two factories here-the Budde Lindsey Mfg. Co., and the Southern Seating & Cabinet Co. Most of their work is out of the city and we hope that the brothers elsewhere will get in touch with them when they are in their jurisdiction. See that the firms get all the card men that they need, that visitors register and that the job is "right" in every particular. J. R. PRICE, Jackson, Tenn. Rec. Sec., 965. Local Union P. C.
