Detail of troops to Yosemite National Park The Secretary of the Army upon the request of the Secretary of the Interior shall make the necessary detail of troops to prevent trespassers or intruders from entering the Yosemite National Park, in California, for the purpose of destroying the game or objects of curiosity therein, or for any other purpose prohibited by law or regulation for the government of said park, and to remove such persons from said park if found therein.
