The military training could start with the preparation for the Revolutionary Secretariat, or as soon as the beginning of July - the earliest possible.

The preparation of the other ranks should follow that of the officers.

The time of the attack will depend on the change of the situation and the progress made in the military training.

The precise knowledge of the country will be the work of the secretariat, assisted by the military specialists, who will help decide the strategic points. The arming of the troup will be vital question.

The seizure of power should be late 1963, this is our greatest desire.
