The above-assed Togolese citizens who serc
accorded political asylum in Ghana sometime ago
Poturned to Togeland following an arsesty granted to
all political refugees by the Provisional čoverznent
of Togoland.
It has come to my notice that these men have
returned to Ghana, and I should be most grateful if
you would arrange, as a matter of urgency, to repatriate
then to Tegoland or the grounds that they constitute
security risk. Instructions should also be given to
the Superintendent of Police et Afise to debar these
nan from re-entering dhana after their repatriation.
