ALBANY, N. Y., April 30th, 1913. At a joint assembly of the Senate and Assembly of the State of New York, held in the Assembly Chamber in the City of Albany, Wednesday, the thirtieth day of April, nineteen hundred and thirteen, in pursuance of law,

ANDREW J. SHIPMAN, of the City of New York, County of New York, was declared duly elected as a

REGENT OF THE UNIVERSITY OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Eugene A. Philbin, for a term to expire the first day of April, nineteen hundred and twenty.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have placed our hands and the seals of the Senate and Assembly of the State of New York this thirtieth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.
