Mandatory Pay and Related ChangesChanges:

Increase due to reimbursable costs to the Navy for Military personnel assigned to the Attending Physician's office. Costs are based on current composite Standard Military Rates used for recovering costs from private parties and other governmental agencies.

I have enclosed a copy of the Fiscal Year 1994 Budget Request for the U.S. Capitol Police. I have also included an overview of the request which describes the modest increase requested, predominantly due to mandatory increases.
