When turning on electric light received a fatal shock;
primary and secondary wires apparently crossed.

While removing gypsy-moth nests came in contact
with live wire.

Company employee; while at work on pole received
fatal shock.

Killed by fall from pole probably due to electric
shock.

Telephone lineman; while at work on pole received
shock from electric light wire.

Company employee; death resulted from a fall caused
by shock from an electric light wire.

While working behind switchboard accidentally touched
6,900 volt bus bar.

Company employee; while grasping for end of loose
wires elbow touched a wire carrying an alternating
current of 2,300 volts.

Company employee; while at work on pole came in
contact with wires carrying current of 4,000 and
13,200 volts.

Company employee; while testing a lamp made con-
tact with live wire, and part of iron bridge.
While standing on ground grasped a loose telegraph
wire which was in contact with a live electric light
wire.

Company employee; while at work on pole received
shock from 4,000 volt circuit.

Company employee; while at work on top of pole
in some way a complete circuit was apparently
formed with 2,300 volt line.

While playing football came in contact with loose
guy wire which overhung a 2,300 volt primary
wire.

While standing on wet ground took hold of an arc
lamp which had been lowered for adjustment.

While running telephone cable Daley came in contact
with live electric light wire; Langley climbed to his
assistance, and through contact with Daley's body
received fatal shock.

While turning off electric light and standing on metal
tub received a fatal shock.

Fatal shock from electric light fixture.

Fatal shock from 4,600 volt transformer in electric
substation.

Company employee; fatal shock from wire on back of
station switchboard.

Picked up a portable electric lamp, to which a 20-foot
cord was attached, wound the cord about his body
and received a shock which was followed by almost
instant death.

Quincy: Liberty Street,

Boston: Edison power station,

Winthrop: 106 Summit Avenue,

Dedham: Edison station,

Came in contact with metal sheathing of building,
which apparently was charged with electricity.
Company employee; received slight burns by short
circuiting a switch.

While using telephone took hold of a portable electric
lamp and received shock.

Company employee; while at work on switchboard
received a shock and burns.

Beverly: Rantoul Street and Railroad Company employee; hurt by a fall from a pole due
Avenue.

Quincy: Billings Street,

North Adams: Irving Street,

light wire passing through tree; slight shock.

Playing with electric light wires by throwing one end
of bare wire over them; received burns.

Company employee; while changing wires touched
live electric light wire; received slight shock.

Company employee; while handling wires received
burns.

While investigating what appeared to be a fire, placed
hand on iron strap fastened to motor bed and received
shock.

While handling portable incandescent lamp received
shock.

Laurence picked up a fallen wire in street; father and
two brothers went to his assistance; all received
burns.

While at work on pole received burns from contact with electric light wire. Telephone employee.

received burns and cuts from fall.

Right hand slightly burned by hitting switch-blade
on station board.

Company employee; burned by short circuiting of
meter leads on which he was working.

Both men received slight shocks while trying to assist Wm. J. McGrady, who received a shock which resulted in death.
