For power, monthly guaranty of bill equal to 25 hours use of maximum demand at 12 cents per k. w. h., for second 25 hours use 6 cents, and for all cur- rent in excess of 50 hours use, 3 cents; and a deduction of 333% on the excess over $20 on all monthly bills figured at above rates. Customers pay for wiring and re- newals. A minimum charge of 50 cents per month and $9 deposit for contract and $12 for meter cus- tomers.
