MOLING OCTOBER 31, 1952. Walter H. Moling, since May 7, 1900, an employee of the Court of Claims, and Secretary of the Court since July 1, 1926, retired voluntarily on October 31, 1952. At an informal gathering in the courtroom, Chief Judge Jones, in a graceful talk, expressed the Court's appreciation of Mr. Moling's long, efficient, and faithful service, and presented to him a beautiful radio as a farewell gift from the judges, officers, and employees. Judges Littleton and Whitaker and Commissioner Gordon also paid tribute to Mr. Moling, with expressions of appreciation of his services and character. XXIX |
