R. 6285] The Committee on Interstate and Foreign Commerce, to whom was referred the bill (H. R. 6285) authorizing the State Roads Commission of the State of Maryland and the State Road Commission of the State of West Virginia to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge across the Potomac River in Washington County, Md., at or near a point opposite Shepherdstown, W. Va., and a point at or near Shepherdstown, Jefferson County, W. Va., to take the place of a bridge destroyed by flood, having considered the same, report thereon with a recommendation that it pass.
