The "Old shape" is to be used in making additional registrations and forwarding copies of the cards of new registrants to the Adjutant General of the State. The "New shape" is to be used in forwarding copies to the mobilization camps, the Adjutant General of the Army, and such other officials or persons as are entitled to receive copies by the Selective Service Regulations. proclamation of the President of the United States, and in compliance with law. has submitted himself to registration and has by me been duly registered this day of 3-4227 1917.
