That the sum of thirteen thousand three hundred and twenty three and 50-100 ($13323.50) Dollars or so much thereof as may be necessary, be, and the same is hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the State Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, to pay the following named persons for expenses, incurred in transporting prisoners to the penitentiary during the years 1899, and 1900 Section 2.-The State Auditor is hereby authorized and directed to draw his warrants in favor of the persons named, and for the amounts set down opposite their names as shown in Section 1, of this Act, and the State Treasurer is directed to pay the same. Be it Enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Montana: Section 1. That the sum of Eighty-two ($82.00) Dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the State Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to pay and reimburse the members of the State Board of Charities and Reforms for the amount expended by them while travelling upon official duty. Section 2. That the sum of One Hundred and fifty ($150.00) Dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, be and the same is hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the State Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to pay the travelling expenses of the members of said State Board of Charities and Reforms during the year 1901; and that the sum of One Hundred and fifty ($150.00) Dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, be and the same hereby is appropriated out of any moneys in the State Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to pay the traveling expenses of the members of said State Board of Charities and. Reforms during the year 1902. Section 3.
