In bands 5350-5460 and 9300-9500 No/8:

1) study whether there is harmful interference between
aeronautical am maritime radiomavigation services,
and if so, its extent;

2) investigate possibility of reducing such interference if
established.

Determine whether the U.S. will respond to this Recommendation which recommends that Administrations study and inform the Secretary-General of actions and information directed against broadcasting on board ships and aircraft outside national territories.

Administrations to adopt recommended standard forms for ship and aircraft station licenses for international use, and as far as possible bring their national licenses into line with standard forms.

Submit to next Conference proposals for the amendment of
Art. 23 (re operator certificates).

The United Kingdom Delegation suggested to the U.S.
Delegation the desirability of an early meting
between the two Administrations, to assess the results
of the Conference and decide upon the steps that should
be taken as the consequence thereof.

The Canadian Delegation likewise suggested the desirability
of an early meeting between the U.S. and Canada, among other
things to extend the procedure for the coordination of
frequency assigments in the border areas to include the
entire frequency range between 27.5 and 960 Mc/s.

The Mexican Delegation requested as a matter of urgency
the improvement of the mechanism for the coordination of
telecommunication matters between the United States and
Mexico, particularly in respect of frequency assignment
matters and cases of harmful interference.
