Ever since the hearings began early in the year, there have been various Government witnesses for various departments and agencies. But now, as is the custom and the practice, we begin the testimony from the public witnesses. Bucy, chairman emeritus of the National Committee for Research in Neurological Disorders. This committee represents some 50 voluntary health agencies and professional organizations concerned with the prevention, diagnosis, and care of patients with neurological, and communicative disorders.
