I have been unsuccessful in trying to meet with
8111 and Hillary to sign the note renewal. I
have forwarded to them by messenger this morning
the note and an envelope with which to forward it
to you.

Each month we will deposit into our account at
Flippin an amount sufficient to cover the monthly
payment.
