Ar a meeting of the Board of Regents of the State University of Iowa, held at Iowa City in June, 1881. Messrs. A. T. Reeve, C. W. von Coelln, J. F. Duncombe, H. C. Bulis and C. W. Slagle were appointed a committee to prepare the Biennial Report of the Board for the two years commencing October 1, 1879, and ending on September 30, 1881.
