Members of Local Union 24, New Castle, Pa., enjoyed a jolly time on the evening of January 22, the occasion being the annual entertainment and luncheon. The affair was held in Trades Assembly hall and it was a typical "get-together" meeting. Guests included the mayor of the city, boss painters and material dealers. There were about one hundred and twenty-five present and it was a big night from start to finish with all the necessary trimmings for the occasion such as music, fun makers, speak ing, dancing and boxing. Everybody voted the evening a wonderful success. The TriState Conference was entertained by L. U. 24 on Sunday, February 4. |
