The review included not only the Commission's operating funds but also its request for funds for plant and capital equipment obligations. Three such hearings concerning the AEC's weapons program, special nuclear materials program, and the naval nuclear propulsion program 1—were held in executive session because they involved the review of classified information. The vast bulk of the hearings, however, was held in open session and, together with appropriate supporting documentation, is reprinted herein and in the first, second, and third parts comprising this fourpart record.
