889. lappuse - No person shall be excused from attending and testifying or from producing documentary evidence before the commission or in obedience to the subpoena of the commission on the ground or for the reason that the testimony or evidence, documentary or otherwise, required of him may tend to criminate him or subject him to a penalty or forfeiture.

558. lappuse - Unless otherwise agreed, the goods remain at the seller's risk until the property therein is transferred to the buyer, but when the property therein is transferred to the buyer, the goods are at the buyer's risk whether delivery has been made or not.
553. lappuse - ... cannot or does not fix the price or terms, the contract or the sale is thereby avoided ; but if the goods or any part thereof have been delivered to and appropriated by the buyer he must pay a reasonable price therefor.
